Terms and conditions
The rental price for cars includes:
The minimum age for all rentals is 23 years old.
Required documents for renting a vehicle:
Driving License:
The driving license must have been issued at least 2 years prior to the date of car pick-up. National Driving Licenses issued in the EU are accepted. Citizens of all other countries must have a valid International Driving Permit along with their regular driving license.
Car Bookings and Groups:
All bookings are based on vehicle groups and not on a specific car model. We try to deliver the selected car model to each booking but in case of unavailability of the selected model, our company reserves the right to offer the renter a similar model. The similar model is usually a vehicle belonging to the same group as the selected model. Our company also reserves the right to offer the renter a model from a larger group at no additional charge.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Prepayment:
It is possible to pay the prepayment directly from our website via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover.
Payment:
Payment can be made upon receipt of the vehicle or in cash or via credit, debit and prepaid cards.
Security Deposit Amounts – Guarantee for all vehicles:
The amount of the security deposit is 500€ for both cars and scooters. Upon collection of the vehicle, the driver must have a credit or debit card, which will be used for the security deposit. The amount of the security deposit will be reserved from this card. This amount will not be available for immediate use on your card. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided that no other charges are incurred. The time of release of the amount depends on the card issuing bank and not on our company. We release the security deposit amount immediately after the end of the rental.
Alternatively, cash can be used for the security deposit amount.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must send a cancellation notification email and receive a response that we have received your cancellation notification.
There is no cancellation fee if we receive the cancellation notification up to 20 days before the scheduled pick-up date and time.
If the car rental reservation is canceled within 19 days before the reservation date, the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
No-Show Policy:
In the event that the renter does not pick up the vehicle on the agreed rental start date and time without prior written or telephone communication, after 2 hours the reservation will be canceled and the customer will be charged the full amount of the deposit.
Rental Period and Charges:
The minimum rental period is 3 days. Additional charges will apply if the renter returns the vehicle later than the agreed time.
Rental Extension:
If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, they should contact our company as soon as possible. If there is availability, the rental extension will be noted on the Rental Agreement, along with the corresponding fee. If there is no availability, the renter must return the vehicle on the agreed date and time.
Fuel Policy:
The renter must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as it was delivered. If the fuel level upon return is lower, the difference will be charged. If the fuel level is higher, no refund will be given.
Traffic fines or other administrative penalties:
The renter must pay traffic fines or any administrative penalties that may arise from any violation of the Greek Highway Code. The renter can pay the fines in cash or by credit card. If any fine is required after the rental period, our company will charge the renter’s credit card with the amount of the fine.
Accident:
In the event of a traffic accident, the renter must immediately inform our company and the police. The police will record the accident, and the renter must provide our company with a copy of the police report. If the police do not record the accident, the renter assumes full responsibility and no insurance coverage applies.
INSURANCE
Basic insurance package for cars:
The basic insurance package included in car rental price provides the following coverages:
If the renter wishes, then for an additional charge, they can have:
CDW insurance with an excess amount of 500€ + VAT for all cars categories. With this insurance, in the event of damage, the renter’s liability is limited to the excess amount.
Basic insurance package for scooters: The basic insurance package included in scooter rental price provides the following coverages:
Imposed if, upon return, the vehicle requires cleaning beyond the usual. The cost of biological cleaning is €100. In cases where only one seat or child seat needs to be cleaned and not all seats or the interior, the fee is €50.
Animals and Pets:
Allowed in cars, as long as they are in the special basket.
Car Transport by Ship and Driving Outside the Borders:
It is prohibited to load the rental vehicle onto a ship or to transport it outside the Greek borders without the written approval/consent of our company.
Vehicle Replacement:
If the vehicle becomes inoperable, our company will provide a replacement within a reasonable time frame. This time frame depends on availability and the area where the vehicle breakdown occurred. If the vehicle becomes inoperable due to the fault or negligence of the renter, an additional cost will be charged to cover the replacement cost.
Important Information:
Before leaving, you must inspect the vehicle and make sure to report any damage to the staff (to serve you better, it is a good idea to take photos or videos of the vehicle). Our company is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Our company reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement without consequences if the renter is considered harmful to the interests of the company or violates either the traffic codes or the rental terms.

- Bodily injury to third parties
- Third party property damage
- Property damage from an uninsured vehicle
- Theft insurance
- Damages caused by a driver under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Damages caused by an unauthorized driver.
- Damages in the interior of the vehicle
- Damages that were caused because the vehicle was illegally parked
- Damages due to traffic law violation.
- Damages due to inappropriate driving, negligence, or intentional.
- Damages to the engine by wrong fuel or negligence.
- Damages were caused because the vehicle was used off-road or in inappropriate roads (not paved roads, dirt roads, beaches, etc.).
- Damages that were caused after the agreed return time.
- Damage to the mirrors.
- Damages or loss of tires, rims, hubcaps.
- Damages to the underside of the vehicle.
- Damages or loss of the antenna
- Damages caused willfully or recklessly by the renter, e.g. (burning out the clutch, burning out the tires, sitting or standing on the bonnet, or the roof or the boot lid of the vehicle, etc.)
- If the renter at the time of the accident does not notify our company and the police
- Loss of personal items
- Loss, damage, or theft of vehicle keys
- Loss or damage of child seats, jack, safety triangle, spare wheel, petrol cap, or any accessories which are provided by the rental company.
